Pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) the share of voting rights of Mr. Hans-Joachim Ihde, Germany, in SLM Solutions Group AG, Luebeck, Germany, on 13 May 2014 amounted to 24.14% (4,340,962 voting rights) and thus fell below the threshold of 25%. Mr. Hans-Joachim Ihde directly held no voting rights in SLM Solutions Group AG as of this date. 24.14% of voting rights (this corresponds to 4,340,962 voting rights) are attributed to Mr. Hans-Joachim Ihde pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG). Attributed voting rights are held by the following controlled undertakings, whose share of voting rights in SLM Solutions Group AG amounts to 3% or more: - Ceresio GmbH 2. Pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) the share of voting rights of Ceresio GmbH, Luebeck, Germany, in SLM Solutions Group AG, Luebeck, Germany, on 13 May 2014 amounted to 24.14% (4,340,962 voting rights) and thus fell below the threshold of 25%. 3. Pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) the share of voting rights of Mr. Henner Schöneborn, Germany, in SLM Solutions Group AG, Luebeck, Germany, on 13 May 2014 amounted to 3.30% (593,899 voting rights) and thus fell below the threshold of 5%. 4. Pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) the share of voting rights of Parcom Capital B.V., Schiphol, Netherlands, in SLM Solutions Group AG, Luebeck, Germany, on 13 May 2014 amounted to 16.94% (3,046,006 voting rights) and thus fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25% and 20%. Parcom Capital B.V. directly held no voting rights in SLM Solutions Group AG as of this date. 16.94% of voting rights (this corresponds to 3,046,006 voting rights) are attributed to Parcom Capital B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG).
