The insolvency administrator Dr. Jörg Nerlich from the legal office of Görg in Cologne, today informed the Executive Board of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (under insolvency proceedings) (German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008) about the report for today's creditors' meeting. According to the report, he is assuming an insolvency quota of approximately 50%, if the ongoing investor process can be positively concluded. Depending on the actual result of the investor process, the insolvency dividend might ultimately lie considerably below 50%, but might also be considerably higher. Even if the outcome of the investor process is positive, the question of whether the company shareholders will receive a return flow of funds is still open.
