On 17 April 2014 Credit Suisse AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the following: The percentage of the voting rights of Credit Suisse AG in RWE AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 14 April 2014 and amounts to 0,10% of the voting rights (590390 voting rights) on that day. All voting rights are attributable to Credit Suisse Group AG pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. 3. As a correction of the voting rights notification dated 16 April 2014, on 22 April 2014 Credit Suisse AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the following: The percentage of the voting rights of Credit Suisse AG in RWE AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 08 April 2014 and amounts to 3.46% of the voting rights (19902078 voting rights) on that day.
