Hambledon, Inc., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed Medion AG on April 17, 2014 at 9.10 pm CEST pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the threshold of 10% on May 28, 2013 and, as of such date, amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to 4,852,418 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights). All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Hambledon, Inc. pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from the following undertakings which are controlled by Hambledon, Inc. and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Wolverton (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Maidenhead LLC, U.S.A., and Elliott International, L.P., Cayman Islands.
