Henderson Horizon Fund, SICAV On 7 November 2013, the stake of Henderson Horizon Fund, SICAV, Luxembourg/Luxembourg, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 4.32 percent (252,860 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) in relation to all voting rights in SHW AG. All voting rights in SHW AG were held directly by Henderson Horizon Fund, SICAV. 2. Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) plc On 7 November 2013, the stake of Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) plc, London/United Kingdom, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded the thresholds of 3 percent and 5 percent and amounted to 9.78 percent (572,311 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) in relation to all voting rights in SHW AG. All voting rights in SHW AG were attributed to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) plc pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) plc from, inter alia, Henderson Horizon Fund, SICAV, being a shareholder holding directly 3 percent or more of the voting rights in SHW AG.
