Saale, Germany. 3) On 23 April 2014 Goldman Sachs Asset Management International, London, UK, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following: On 05 February 2014, Goldman Sachs Asset Management International exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Goldman Sachs Asset Management International held 3.31% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,578,530 voting rights.
