Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway) On 29 April 2014, the stake of Norges Bank, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Norges Bank held 2.99% of the voting rights in SHW AG (175,507 voting rights). 2. Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway On 29 April 2014, the stake of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway held 2.99% of the voting rights in SHW AG (175,507 voting rights) which were attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
