This financing round complements the EUR 4 million from the convertible bond the company issued in January this year and took place on identical terms and conditions: the bonds carry a coupon of 4%, can be converted into common stock at 8 Euros per share and will mature in January 2017. Placement was at 90% of par value. The net proceeds from this convertible bond will be used to finance the company's operating cash and working capital needs.
