Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway) On 8 April 2014, the stake of Norges Bank, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Norges Bank held 2.99% of the voting rights in SHW AG (175,166 voting rights). 2. Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway On 8 April 2014, the stake of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway held 2.99% of the voting rights in SHW AG (175,166 voting rights) which were attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
