The shareholders agreed to the proposal of a dividend of 0.25 Euro per share with a large majority of the votes. "The Company has sufficient liquidity and earnings have been delivering a sustained positive performance. Therefore we want our shareholders to participate in this development to the same extent once again," says Dr. Anton Mindl, CEO of Elmos Semiconductor AG. "The start to the year makes us feel optimistic that we will reach our financial targets 2014." The Company has achieved the highest first-quarter sales in corporate history. In his speech at the General Meeting, Dr. Mindl also presented the progress made in the Asian region and provided the outlook for the current fiscal year. Apart from the dividend distribution, the other resolutions on the agenda were also passed with a large majority of the votes. The dividend will be paid on May 14, 2014 to all shareholders who held Elmos shares as of May 13, 2014.
