Mai 2014 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Deutschland, am 9. Mai 2014 die Schwelle von 3% unterschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 1,41% (1.111.275 Stimmrechte) beträgt. Das Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mit Schreiben vom 12. Mai 2014 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Deutschland, am 9. Mai 2014 die Schwelle von 3% unterschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 1,41% (1.111.275 Stimmrechte) beträgt. Die 1,41% Stimmrechte (das entspricht 1.111.275 Stimmrechten) sind dem Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway von der Norges Bank gemäß § 22 Abs. 1, Satz 1, Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen.
