With letter dated May 13, 2014, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) on behalf of the State of Norway as follows: The voting rights of the State of Norway in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, fell below the threshold of 3% on May 12, 2014 and on that day amount to 2.79% (945,973 voting rights).
